Secure-Steelbox offers flexible rental terms to suit your needs. While our minimum rental period is typically one month, we can accommodate both shorter and longer terms. Our rental agreements are month-to-month after the initial term, giving you flexibility as your storage needs change.

Your Secure-Steelbox rental includes a wind and watertight container, delivery to your location (subject to site accessibility), placement as directed (on level ground), and pickup at the end of your rental period. All our containers are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before delivery to ensure they meet our high standards.

We deliver containers using specialized trucks equipped with either a tilt-bed or a swing-lift mechanism. For proper placement, we require a clear path with adequate height clearance and firm, level ground. Our delivery team will work with you to ensure optimal placement on your site.

Containers should be placed on level, stable ground such as concrete, asphalt, gravel, or hard-packed soil. The site should be clear of overhead obstacles like tree branches or power lines and should have adequate access for our delivery truck. If you're uncertain about your site's suitability, our team can provide guidance during the quoting process.

Yes, prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable items, living plants or animals, and illegal substances. We also recommend against storing valuable items like cash, jewelry, or important documents without additional security measures. For optimal storage, distribute weight evenly throughout the container. Place heavier items on the bottom, use uniform box sizes when possible, create a loading plan, leave a walkway if needed, and secure items with straps or bungee cords to prevent shifting. Consider using pallets to keep items off the floor and protect against potential moisture.

Your Secure-Steelbox container is accessible 24/7 when placed on your property. You have complete control over access, and we provide a secure lock system. For containers stored at our facility, access is available during business hours, with extended access available by arrangement.

Standard rental agreements do not permit modifications to the container structure. If you require a customized container with features like windows, doors, electrical wiring, or interior finishing, please inquire about our specialized modified container rentals or custom container sales.
